The use of headphones during the race is strongly discouraged. The course is open and used for other runners, walkers, cyclists and vehicles, making it important that each participant be aware of their surroundings.

ENTRY FEE: $25 (HMRRC members) or $30.00 (non members)

Day of Race Entry: $40; No refunds or Transfers Allowed

I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to compete in this event. I assume all the risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to falls, the effects of weather including hypothermia, traffic and conditions of the road. I also understand that the use of headphones, ear buds, or other listening devices during this race is strongly discouraged for reasons of safety.

Having read this waiver and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, waive and release the Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club, Road Runners Club of America, The People of the State of New York, their officers, agents and employees, University at Albany, State University of New York, State of New York, their representatives, officials and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the organizations named in this waiver and/or their volunteers or employees.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video, or any other record of this event for advertisement or other legitimate purposes.

Kid's Race following 5k, Free. Approximately 1-mile.

5k Award structure:

Father - Child Teams: Lowest combined age-graded times for top 5 father and son/daughter teams

Top 3 Men and Women in the Open Male and Female divisions

Top 3 in 5-year Age Groups under 11 through 80+
