5 km Road Race
HMRRC Grand Prix event

Race Directors: Brian Northan
Volunteers should report to the school by 8:30 a.m. to assist with set-up and to get assignments
Race starts at 10:00 a.m.
Where: Schalmont High School; 1 Sabre Drive; Rotterdam NY 12306
PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE VOLUNTEER LIABILITY WAIVER BEFORE REGISTERING:
I know that volunteering at a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I am physically able to perform the activities I have been, or will be assigned. I assume all the risks associated with volunteering at this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with participants, the effects of the weather, traffic and the conditions of the road or trail, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against the Rotterdam Central Schools, the Hudson-Mohawk Road Runners Club, and RRCA for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event. These organizations and their representatives shall be free from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to any during the conduct of this event.
