Location: 36 Green Mountain Drive, Cohoes, NY 12047 - HMRRC Clubhouse
Runs: We are looking to do about 6 miles, but we will be flexible for more if people want to run longer. This will be on the bike path, which will probably be covered with snow on Sunday. So let's get a few miles in with friends on our off-race weekend

WAIVER:
I know that running a road/trail race and in general is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event. I agree to abide by any decision of a HMRRC official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all the risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club, USA Track and Field, their sponsors, officials, representatives and successors, the State of New York, NYS Office of General Services, their sponsors, officials representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or organizations named in this waiver. I also understand that the use of headphones, ear buds, or other listening devices during this race is prohibited and may result in my disqualification. I agree that any digital or print photographs taken during this event are the sole property of HMRRC and may be used appropriately in future HMRRC publications or other marketing materials.
