15K ONLY DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS
BUS TO 2019 UTICA BOILERMAKER

Here are the conditions for the bus (please don’t ask for an exception):
1. Only 100 seats available per bus. Cost per seat is $25.00 – which includes the tip for the driver(s).
2. If you are running, you need to register yourself. We do not do this for you.
3. There is no bib pick-up. You need to do this on your own. You may either go to the Expo and pick up your bib ahead of time or pick it up the morning of the race.
4. NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS! If you can’t run, you are welcome to ride but you cannot transfer your seat to someone else nor will the fee paid be refunded.
5. Bus leaves from Crossgates Commons - PetSmart parking Lot SHARPLY at 5 a.m. Sign in will begin at 4:30 a.m.
6. The bus will leave Utica at 12:30 p.m. sharp. If you choose to 'sight see" in Utica after you are done runninig, please be sure you are back to the bus by this time. If you miss the bus, you are on your own to find a way back to Albany.
7. No unaccompanied minors at the finish line. If you are bringing young adults under the age of 18 to the race and they are not running, you need to have a responsible adult with them at the finish line.

If you are planning to run, we recommend you register for the race FIRST then the bus.
Drop off at Start Line of 15K and then bus will continue to finish line area with bags. Although we cannot guarantee security for your personal items, you are welcome to leave them on the bus.
At Finish Line area, look for the bus near the Family and Friends area.
