Registration

• PRE RACE - Refreshment Packet Stuffing - Tuesday, May 14 from 4:00 to 6:30 pm
  Prepare the runners' refreshment packets at Hannaford on Central Avenue, Albany
• PRE RACE - Set Up Crew - Thursday, May 16 from 2 to 6 pm
  set up equipment, signs, banners, clocks, tents, etc. on the Plaza and course
• PRE RACE Team Packet Pick up - Monday, May 13 from 4:30 to 7:30 pm
  distribute race packets and information to team captains on the Plaza Concourse
• PRE RACE Team Packet Pick up - Wednesday, May 15 from Noon to 5 pm
  distribute race packets and information to team captains on the Plaza Concourse
• RACE - Corporate Sponsor Attendents - Thursday, May 16, 3 to 8 pm
  Prepare and service corporate sponsor tents
• RACE - Course Marshalls - Thursday, May 16, 5 to 7:45 pm
  Provide security and directions to runners on the course
• RACE - Course Water Stop - Thursday, May 16, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
  Distribute water to runners on the course; clean up cups/empty water bottles after race
• RACE - Event Clean-Up - Thursday, May 16, 7 - 11 pm
• RACE - Event Set-Up - Thursday, May 16, 1 - 6 pm
• RACE - Finish Line - Thursday, May 16, 5:30 - 7:45 pm
  Assist in organizing the finish line area, direct runners to chutes, water or first aid
• Race - Handling Ropes on the Course - 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.
  handling ropes on the course to keep runners entering the park separated from the lead runners coming out of the park
• RACE - Medical Tent - Thursday, May 17, 5:30 - 8 pm
  Provide emergency medical assistance, under the direction of trained personnel; MEDICAL TRAINING PREFERRED
• RACE - Plaza Water Stop - Thursday, May 16, 4-7 pm
  Distribute water to runners on the plaza before/after the race; clean up cups and bottles.
• RACE - Put me where you need help - Thursday, May 16, 3 - 9 pm
  Will be assigned wherever there is a need
• RACE - Refreshment Packet Distribution - Thursday, May 16, 5:30 - 8 pm
  distribute refreshment packets to runners after the race; collect supplies and clean up area after completion
• RACE - Start Line - Thursday, May 16, 5:15 - 6:45 pm
  Assist in organizing the start area and provide direction to runners
• RACE - Team Packet Pick Up - Thursday, May 16 from 3:00 to 6 pm
  Distribute race packets and information to team captains
• RACE - T-Shirt Distribution, Thursday, May 16 - 5 - 8:30 pm
  Assist in the orderly distribution of t-shirts to the runners on race day; collect supplies and clean up area after completion
• RACE - Volunteer Tent - Thursday, May 16, 6-9 pm
  Prepare refreshments for Post-Race Volunteer Party
