I know that volunteering at a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I am physically able to perform the activities I have been, or will be assigned. I assume all the risks associated with volunteering at this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with participants, the effects of the weather, traffic and the conditions of the road or trail, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club, USA Track & Field, Inc., University at Albany, The People of the State of New York, their officers, agents, and employees of OGS , their sponsors, officials, representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
