Given the rapidly developing situation with COVID-19 the Delmar Dash will not take place on April 19, 2020. We cannot be confident we can hold the race safely, especially given many of our runners and volunteers are in the susceptible age range.

This year's race is once again part of the USATF Grand Prix Series as well as being part of the HMRRC Grand Prix Series for members under 40 years old.
No Strollers, Bicycles, Skates, or Animals Allowed in the Race. The use of headphones during the
race is strongly discouraged. The course is open and used by other runners, walkers, cyclists and
vehicles, making it important that each participant be aware of his or her surroundings.

Having read this waiver and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club, USA Track & Field, Inc., the Bethlehem Central School District, the Food Pantries, the Delmar Track and Field Club, Bryant Asset Protection Inc., The People of the State of New York, their officers, agents, and employees, and any of the above entities' sponsors, officials, representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or organizations named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I also understand that the use of headphones, ear buds, or other listening devices during this race is strongly discouraged because the course is open and used by other runners, walkers, cyclists and vehicles making it important that I as a participant be aware of my surroundings.
For runners under the age of 18: As the parent or legal guardian of a minor, I accept the above provisions for that minor and acknowledge that the minor will be in the custody of the parent or legal guardian during his/her participation.
