2017 Annual Membership Meeting
When: Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 6 PM
Where: The Orchard Tavern and Restaurant, 68 North Manning Boulevard, Albany, New York
Refreshments will be served.
All members are invited to attend.
AGENDA
1. Election of four board positions for a term of two years beginning on October 1, 2017 and ending on September 30, 2019.
Nominees are:
Marcia Adams (re-election) Secretary
Jon Rocco (re-election) Vice-President for Running Events
Nick Webster Vice-President for Finance
Jessica Northan Member-at-Large
Job descriptions can be found in the HMRRC Constitution and Bylaws posted on the HMRRC website.
2. Presentation of HMRRC’s annual report.
3. Transaction of any other business that properly comes before the Annual Membership Meeting.
** Members who have questions for the Board are asked to submit them in writing at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting to the Secretary so that informed responses can be provided at the meeting. Questions can be submitted to madams01@nycap.rr.com.
All members in good standing as of September 20, 2017 are entitled to vote in person at the Annual Membership Meeting. A member is in good standing if he or she has paid dues and is 18 years of age or older.
